Ronopoly Board Map Reference
Plan monopolies, side wins, and Tycoon routes with a full square layout.
The Ronopoly [Gold] board wraps classic Monopoly geometry around Roblox culture — each deed names a famous experience, but the geometry still drives strategy. Use this reference map during lobby planning to identify color groups for three-monopoly wins, rails for full-side control, and corners for Tycoon victories. Pair with Property Rankings for tier context and Building Servers for upgrade timing.
Square layout overview
Ronopoly uses a clockwise square with four corners and four edges (sides). Standard Monopoly traffic patterns apply:
- Players roll clockwise from Go.
- Jail sits on one corner — visits spike on tiles immediately after leaving Jail.
- Go to Jail sends players across the board, skipping high-rent zones temporarily.
- Chance and Community Chest analogs inject random Bux swings.
Corner tiles: Tycoons
Four corners typically host Tycoon-class deeds themed after Roblox tycoon games (e.g., Superhero Tycoon, Pizza Tycoon). Owning all Tycoon corners triggers an instant win. Corners receive visits from every lap — high base rent but expensive to assemble. See gameplay on Gold Update for visual cues.
Color groups (conceptual map)
Exact deed names rotate with Roblox trends, but group structure mirrors Monopoly:
| Side region | Group size | Strategic note |
|---|---|---|
| After Go / light colors | 2–3 deeds | Cheap monopolies; great first builds |
| Mid-board oranges / reds | 3 deeds | Highest traffic post-Jail; S-tier in tier list |
| Dark premium sets | 2–3 deeds | Expensive; bankruptcy engines when fully servered |
| Rail / utility analogs | 4 or 2 | Cluster fees if ruleset includes them post-Risk Update |
When bidding in Trading Strategy, note which singles complete a group on this map before paying list price.
Full side win planning
A full side requires every deed on one edge between two corners — including any railroads sitting on that edge. Before committing:
- Pick the side with mix of A-tier and B-tier groups.
- Block opponents from any tile on that side — one orphan breaks the win.
- Mortgage deeds on opposite sides to fund edge completion.
Duo Mode makes side wins realistic because only one rival contests trades.
Traffic heatmap (qualitative)
Hot zones: First 7–10 tiles after Jail; second half of the lap approaching Go.
Cool zones: Far edge opposite Jail in 2-player games with fewer Chance sends.
Build servers on hot groups first — rent unused on cold tiles is wasted Bux.
Famous deed examples (observed in gameplay)
Videos and matches commonly reference deeds themed after:
- BedWars — mid-board rent trap if fully built
- Arsenal — popular brand, bid carefully using tier list
- Piggy — horror traffic magnet
- Superhero Tycoon — corner Tycoon candidate
- Work at a Pizza Place — lower-tier single unless completing a set
Names change with updates — always read in-game deed cards for live rent.
