Ronopoly Property Tier List

Property tier rankings help you answer the most expensive question in Ronopoly [Gold]: Which deed do I fund when Bux is limited? This list groups famous Roblox experiences on the board into S–D tiers based on rent scaling with servers, lap traffic from the Board Map, and synergy with win conditions. Exact Bux values change with patches — always confirm in-game rent tables after Updates — but relative ordering has stayed stable since the Gold refresh.

Tier criteria

• S: Elite monopolies — fast completion or catastrophic rent when built.
• A: Strong buys you never skip at auction if completion is plausible.
• B: Situational — good with trades, weak as singles.
• C: Buy only to block opponents or finish a side-win plan.
• D: Decline or low-cap bid unless completing a monopoly costs little.

S-tier properties

Tycoon corners (Superhero Tycoon, Pizza Tycoon, etc.)

Corner Tycoons combine high base rent with win-condition pressure — owning all Tycoons ends the game. They sit on high-traffic corners and accept full server stacks. Pursue only if you commit early; partial Tycoon ownership is D-tier value until the set nears completion.

Premium orange / red analog groups

Mid-board color groups with three deeds and strong server scaling behave like classic Monopoly oranges: players land on them often after leaving Jail. Gameplay footage shows bankruptcy spikes when three servers sit on each tile. Prioritize completing these sets in 3–4 player lobbies.

A-tier properties

High-traffic two-deed pairs

Smaller sets cheaper to monopolize but still see steady visits. Excellent first monopolies for beginners following Getting Started. Build to 2-2 server parity quickly, then pressure trades for premium groups.

Railroad / utility clusters (if on your ruleset)

When the current board layout includes railroad analogs, owning multiples raises fees globally. Tier stays A if the Risk Update buffs still apply — verify patch notes.

B-tier properties

Mid-price singles on long color groups

Useful trade chips. Buy when cheap, auction-pass when list price exceeds 70% of projected five-turn rent (Trading Strategy).

Popular Roblox brands with average rent

Names like BedWars or Arsenal draw rookie overbids — let others pay premium while you snipe A-tier completions elsewhere.

C-tier properties

First tile on expensive colors

A single deed on a four-tile premium group without trade partners bleeds Bux. Hold only if blocking a leader’s monopoly.

Low-visit edge tiles far from Jail

D-tier properties

Orphan singles late game

When every color is owned, unsold singles rarely return rent worth their mortgage value.

Completed opponent bait

Deeds that would complete an enemy monopoly if traded to them — treat as negative value.

Tycoon-specific note

Gameplay videos demonstrate instant wins when one player owns every Tycoon before others react. That makes Tycoons S-tier for win-chasers but C-tier for monopoly grinders who ignore the Tycoon victory route. Pick a plan in Win Conditions before over-investing.

After you rank deeds

Convert tiers into trades using Trading Strategy and fund builds via Building Servers. Redeem codes for cosmetics separately — pieces do not change these tiers.
